From the shop, not a warehouse

Every flag starts as a rough board on our bench.

I grew up around the trade. I know what a I know the folks who climb poles in the dark rarely get told “thank you.”

So I make the thank-you. Each flag is cut, burned, and finished by hand — the kind of piece a crew hangs in the break room or a spouse gives at a retirement. It's not mass-produced, and it never will be.

No two are alike
The torch decides the grain. Every board chars a little differently, so the flag you get is the only one exactly like it.

100%
By hand
Every board is cut, charred, and sealed by hand in one small shop — never an assembly line.
How it's made

Three steps. All by hand.

The same process on every flag we make.

Cut & sand

We cut the stripes and sand each board flat so the grain runs clean across the flag.

Torch & char

A hand torch scorches the wood until the grain jumps. This is the part that makes every flag one of one.

Carve & seal

The lineworker, stars, and lettering are carved in, then sealed to lock the color in for good.

Got this for my husband after 22 years on the line. He's not an emotional guy and it got him. Hangs in his shop now where everybody sees it.

Picture doesn't do the burn justice. The grain on mine is unreal. Whole crew wants one now.

Questions, answered straight

How long until it ships?

We make our flags in small batches by hand. Most orders ship within a few days, and you'll get tracking the moment yours is on the way.

How do I hang it?

A sawtooth hanger comes pre-installed. One nail or screw in the wall and it's up — no extra hardware needed.

Will it survive outside?

It's sealed and built for indoors or a covered porch. Like any fine woodwork, it lasts longest under a roof — we don't recommend full sun and rain.

What if it shows up damaged?

We pack every flag like it's going to war. If yours arrives damaged, send a photo and we'll remake or refund it.

Do you make flags for other trades?

We build for linemen first, but also do firefighters, military, and first responders. More trades on the way.
